The 2010 Rose of Tralee..What a brill event…

Congrats to all the girls and especially Bernadette Ryan the Laois 2010 Rose and Anne Sinnot the Wexford Rose for 2010.. Check out some photos of the main event below.

Its that time of year..The Rose of Tralee is almost here and we are delighted to have so much support again this year from the Roses.. In particular the Wexford Rose Anne Sinnot & the Laois Rose Bernadette Ryan..

We are thrilled to sponsor Bernadette Ryan the Laois Rose with her evening gowns and cant wait to see the photos!!! Watch this space, anyway Bernadette is honestly a really lovely person and we really hope she does fab at the festival..So lots of support for the Laois 2010 Rose!!!

LAOIS ROSE 2010 – BERNADETTE RYAN
Bernadette works as a primary school teacher at Sacred Heart School Portlaoise after obtaining a degree in Theology and Arts from NUI Maynooth and a post-graduate diploma in Education at Masters level from St Mary’s University College, London. Born on St Patrick’s Day, the 25-year-old is heavily involved with the organisation Irish Deaf Kids (IDK), stemming from her late sister Loretta’s hearing impairment and an ongoing interest in communication difficulties. In the future she hopes to study for a Masters in Speech and Language Therapy, learn to sign and continue working in the education sector. Bernadette has a huge interest in sport and received a sports scholarship for camogie from NUI Maynooth, and has played for her local club St Brigid’s in Laois as well as Vancouver Harps and Fr Murphy’s in London. She also trains the ladies football team at her school and was very proud to reach the Cumann na mBunscol final with them this year. Bernadette completed the Wexford half marathon and Ladies mini-marathon in 2009 for IDK. In the future she hopes to run the Dublin, London and New York City Marathons, spend more time seeing the world, and find a little place to call home.

So how hard can it be to get a matching tie for your debs dress? Well actually it can be quite tricky… There are a hundred shades or more of each colour and whats a girl to do?
